Job Description
- Responsible as company's partner in managing human resources portfolio.
- Responsible as company's agent in implementing policies and guides in regards to human resources.
- Coordinate with all busines units and assist them in regards to human resources policies and issues.
- Provide inputs and reviews in regards to human resources (training needs, career development, employment counseling, etc).
- Acts as the first layer/line to face industrial issues (employee misconduct, summons from labor offices, bipartite negotiation, etc) and coordinate accordingly with legal or industrial relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law.
- Good comprehension of conditions of employment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experienced in handling industrial case would be preferred.
- Excellent administrative skills and proficient in drafting.
