- Responsible for the development of support systems/applications in the Human Capital division.

- Identify problems, create documentation and system requirements solutions from related issues.

- Developing Web-based application systems.

- Basic knowledge related to HRIS.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science/Information Technology from reputable university.

- Master in web-based programming (PHP/SSL/CSS).

- Application system enthusiast.

- Good analytical and reporting.

- Has willingness to self-develop and also able to documenting BRD/FSD.
