UI Designer

Job Description

- Participate in all end-to-end design processes with Product Owner, UI/UX Designer, UX Researcher, and Engineers.

- Craft product content including microcopy for user interface, error message, notification message.

- Collaborate with Product Owner, UI/UX Designer, UX Researcher, and Lead UX Writer to create a clear and useful product content that helps user navigation.

- Implement and enhance product content style guideline and principle to ensure the consistency.

- Provide valuable insight and feedback during ideation design process and user research results.

- Contribute to usability testing with UX Researcher to gather feedback specifically about product content and proactively seek feedback from any stakeholders.

- Ensure all ongoing projects are shipped properly across all products.

Requirements

- Work experience 2–3 years overall as a hands-on Designer in the industry.

- Portfolio that showcases product copywriting craft (and its application of relevance design principles) with some level of understanding of the human-centered design methodology (along with its methods and tools), willingness to learn and iterate, and passionate about design and storytelling.

- Experience working with web or mobile based technologies using design and prototyping tools (such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Balsamiq, Zeplin, ProtoPie, Miro, etc.)

- The ability to form consensus across a broad, fast-moving organization through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
